Trancers Movies in Order

Directed by Charles Band, the Trancers film follows Jack Deth (played by Tim Thomerson), a tough cop from the future who hunts down “trancers,” individuals who have been brainwashed into serving a powerful cult leader named Martin Whistler.

In the first movie, Jack travels back in time to 1985 Los Angeles to track down Whistler, who has also traveled back in time in an attempt to alter the future by eliminating the ancestors of his enemies. Jack takes on the identity of his ancestor, a journalist named Phil Dethton, and teams up with a young woman named Leena (played by Helen Hunt) to stop Whistler and his trancers.

As the Trancers film series progresses, the adventures of Jack Deth lead him to battle against various villains and navigate through different time periods to protect the future from the threat of the trancers.
